How do I deposit?
Open the Deposit panel from the header, choose a payment method, enter the amount and follow the on-screen instructions. Funds usually arrive within a few minutes.
How long do withdrawals take?
Most withdrawals are processed within minutes after verification. First-time withdrawals may require identity verification (KYC), which can add a short delay.
Why do I need to verify my account?
Verification (KYC) protects your account and meets legal requirements. You can complete it from your Profile under Verification.
